{"id":780,"date":"2023-11-21T20:30:32","date_gmt":"2023-11-21T19:30:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cnrf.gov.bi\/?p=780"},"modified":"2023-11-21T20:48:41","modified_gmt":"2023-11-21T19:48:41","slug":"adhesion-effective-du-burundi-a-lesaamlg","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cnrf.gov.bi\/index.php\/2023\/11\/21\/adhesion-effective-du-burundi-a-lesaamlg\/","title":{"rendered":"Adh\u00e9sion effective du Burundi \u00e0 l&rsquo;ESAAMLG"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Du 1<sup>er <\/sup>au 9 septembre 2023 \u00e0 Kasane au Botswana, le Secr\u00e9tariat \u00a0Ex\u00e9cutif de l\u2019Organisation de l\u2019Afrique Orientale et Australe charg\u00e9e de la lutte contre le Blanchiment des capitaux et le Financement du terrorisme (LBC\/FT) d\u00e9nomm\u00e9e ESAAMLG en anglais (Eastern and Southern Africa Anti Money Laundering Group), \u00a0en collaboration avec la R\u00e9publique de Botswana,\u00a0 a organis\u00e9 la 46<sup>eme<\/sup> r\u00e9union du groupe de travail des Hauts Fonctionnaires de cette organisation.<\/p>\n<p>A l\u2019agenda de la r\u00e9union figuraient entre autres activit\u00e9s\u00a0 l\u2019analyse de l\u2019\u00e9tat de la mise en application des recommandations de la mission de Haut niveau d\u2019ESAAMLG\u00a0 effectu\u00e9e au Burundi au mois de mars 2023 et l\u2019adh\u00e9sion officielle du Burundi en tant que membre effectif au sein de l\u2019ESAAMLG. Il convient de signaler que le Burundi avait le statut d\u2019observateur au sein de cette organisation.<\/p>\n<p>Le Burundi \u00e9tait repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 par treize membres dont huit de la CNRF (Cellule Nationale de Renseignement Financier), quatre venant des Institutions Financi\u00e8re (Banques), et une repr\u00e9sentante de la cour Anti-corruption.<\/p>\n<p>La d\u00e9l\u00e9gation Burundaise a pu d\u00e9crocher son adh\u00e9sion \u00e0 part enti\u00e8re \u00e0 l\u2019ESAAMLG. Cette adh\u00e9sion est un \u00e9v\u00e8nement historique, une \u00e9tape tr\u00e8s importante pour le Burundi. Cet \u00e9v\u00e8nement a \u00e9t\u00e9 une occasion de rassurer les partenaires de la CNRF en tant que garantie de la stabilit\u00e9, la solidit\u00e9, la cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9 ainsi
