Dans le cadre des pr\u00e9paratifs du troisi\u00e8me cycle des \u00e9valuations mutuelles de l\u2019ESAAMLG, pr\u00e9vu \u00e0 partir de juin 2025, une formation r\u00e9gionale des \u00e9valuateurs s\u2019est tenue \u00e0 Johannesburg, Afrique du Sud, du 3 au 7 mars 2025. Cette session, organis\u00e9e par le Secr\u00e9tariat de l\u2019ESAAMLG avec l\u2019appui de la GIZ et en collaboration avec le Financial Intelligence Centre (FIC), visait \u00e0 doter les pays membres de ressources humaines qualifi\u00e9es pour conduire les futures \u00e9valuations de conformit\u00e9 aux normes internationales LBC\/FT\/FP.<\/p>\n<p>Etaient pr\u00e9sents \u00e0 la dite formation des repr\u00e9sentants des pays membres de l\u2019ESAAMLG, des repr\u00e9sentants du Secr\u00e9tariat de l\u2019ESAAMLG et de la GIZ. Le Burundi, \u00e0 travers la Cellule Nationale du Renseignement Financier (CNRF), a d\u00e9sign\u00e9 deux repr\u00e9sentants.<\/p>\n<p>Durant cinq jours, les participants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 form\u00e9s aux derni\u00e8res \u00e9volutions des Recommandations du GAFI et \u00e0 la m\u00e9thodologie d\u2019\u00e9valuation. La formation a combin\u00e9 des modules th\u00e9oriques et pratiques couvrant notamment le processus d\u2019\u00e9valuation mutuelle, l\u2019analyse du risque et du contexte, l\u2019\u00e9valuation de la conformit\u00e9 technique, l\u2019\u00e9valuation de l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 \u00e0 travers les 11 r\u00e9sultats imm\u00e9diats, la collecte de donn\u00e9es statistiques, la conduite d\u2019entretiens, ainsi que la r\u00e9daction et la pr\u00e9sentation du rapport d\u2019\u00e9valuation mutuelle.<\/p>\n<p>Les deux repr\u00e9sentants burundais ont activement particip\u00e9 aux travaux et ont \u00e9t\u00e9 identifi\u00e9s parmi les \u00e9valuateurs potentiels du prochain cycle. Cette mission constitue une \u00e9tape cl\u00e9 dans la pr\u00e9paration du pays \u00e0 sa propre \u00e9valuation, et renforce son engagement au sein du r\u00e9seau r\u00e9gional.<br
